Today I've been told that this pattern looks like 1.) Earrings and 2.) Crosisants! I'm going to do alot more work on it tomorrow, I think I haven't quite got it today, but there's always tomorrow. Night!x

More squiggles today - am really liking the green and corally type colour, I wouldn't mind having this on a Kitchen splashback ala www.brightbazaar.blogspot.com (the 2nd kitchen pic) such a delicously inspiring blog!

After spending alot of the day pouring over my 50's pattern books I was inspired to create these squiggly patterns.

Creative Boom

Morning All! Feeling very bleary eyed on my first day of proper work since Christmas, still looking forward to getting stuck in to some design work - however much I loved lounging around all day eating and generally being indulgent I am looking forward to having a bit more purpose!

This is a Mad Men book which I got Ian for Christmas as we've both developed a bit of an obsession with it - it's really inspiring and so gorgeously illustrated by Dyna Moe. We also love doing the Mad Men yourself avatar:
